FIELD: construction, particularly foundation reinforcement.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminarily forming orifices in foundations; installing hollow cylindrical anchoring means in the orifices; securing each anchoring means inside foundation orifices; serially impressing anchoring means freely passing through cavities up to predetermined depth with the use of support structure including hydraulic jack and providing engagement of anchoring device section projecting over upper foundation surface; securing head member of each pile. The hollow cylindrical anchoring means is anchoring pipe having constant outer diameter along pipe length. Anchoring means are fixed inside foundation orifices by hole annuity cementing. Anchoring device section projecting over upper foundation surface is engaged by means of hinged clip shaped as cylinder split into two parts in vertical direction. The cylinder parts are connected with each other through bolts. Hinged clip is supported by ring fastened to upper plate of support structure through tension bars. Radially bent dies are inserted in depressions created from inner clip side and blind from ends thereof. The dies have corrugated or serrated concave surfaces mating that of anchoring pipe. Dies are secured to anchoring pipe by die pressing with bolts, which connect hinged clip parts. Composite pile components are serially impressed by hydraulic jack shaft installation on pile component top and by hydraulic jack cylinder supporting by lower surface of upper plate. After that head pile member is secured by cementing space between pile and inner anchoring pipe surface.
EFFECT: increased efficiently and reliability, decreased costs.
