FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: foundation of reconstructed building, when erected under the underground object building, includes a deep foundation along external walls of the reconstructed building at their external side, a supporting board of external and internal bearing walls of the building, and soil from under the building is extracted for the depth of the underground object height. Along pile heads there are monolithic caps with protruding bars for engagement with the monolithic board, made with bays comparable with pitch of trusses arranged in the level of a pedimental or a basement floors. Walls are supported in assemblies of trusses, and support parts of trusses are made with provision of reliable engagement with monolithic caps and board. Reinforcement belts are arranged in level of slabs. In the pile row of the deep foundation there is a hole to extract soil from under the building and for further access to the underground object.
EFFECT: increased bearing capacity, reduced material intensity, provision of structural safety of the reconstructed building.
