FIELD: construction, particularly metal structures for industrial one-story buildings erection.
SUBSTANCE: frame comprises monitor arranged over central column. Central column extends to monitor top and is connected with underlaying three-span beam of extreme frame spans girder. Central column is connected by means of overhanging beam. Beam ends are secured to underlaying three-span girder beam through hanger brackets. Crane beams are connected to central column and are spaced minimal space from face thereof. Crane beams are also secured to extreme columns along centroid of cross-section. Building frame comprises stepped extreme columns and stepped central columns. Three-span girder is articulated with columns. Lower parts of extreme row columns are inclined to vertical axis so that as column height increases distance between centroids of column cross-sections decreases. Upper parts of extreme columns are shifted outwards to provide gap between side surface of bridge crane and column face. Crane girder is installed over lower column part centroid so that no eccentricity is created in-between. Central column extends to overhanging beam of monitor. Central column branches are articulated to three-span girder beam. Beam ends are secured to underlaying three-span girder 3 beam through hanger brackets and inclined stretched struts. Frame columns are fixed to macro-regulation foundation.
EFFECT: possibility to control frame inclination and settlement, as well as stressed state thereof, decreased material consumption and labor inputs for frame assembling.
