FIELD: heavy duty crane structures.
SUBSTANCE: proposed crane structure beam with overhanging ends and columns connected into common structure. Beam is connected with each column by rigid head. Base of column is provided with hack beam. Foundation of column is made hollow for filling up with slag or crushed stone, and is provided with bay under jack beam for hydraulic jack. Hydraulic jack is installed in center of column thrusting against column base from below and resting on slag or crushed stone for stabilizing design mark of foundation and portal crane structure. Jack beam is rigidly connected with column foundation by anchor bolts provided with support nuts under jack beam and attachment nuts over said beam.
EFFECT: increased service life of structure, reduced metal usage, labor input in manufacture and straightening.
