Abstract RU 2142904 C1

FIELD: metal carrying structures; crane track overhanging beam. SUBSTANCE: overhanging beam has upper chord made of wide-flange rolled H-beam. Upper chord is reinforced by central and support rockers curved to diagram of bending moments in center of span and on beam supports. Each rocker has flanges on ends connected with upper chord by friction studs. Shock absorber placed between each support rocker and upper chord is rolled from H-beam. Shock absorber is connected with middle of support rocker by friction studs and it rests on support beam. Clearance δ, is formed between shock absorbers and upper chord. When shock absorber is overloaded, clearance closes. Proposed structure makes it possible to eliminate high concentration of stresses in units, thus providing more than 10-fold increase of service life and 15% reduction of material usage, as compared with known structures. Manufacture of such structure makes it possible to dispense with manual labour. Use of shock absorbers decreases dynamic action and noise in shop. EFFECT: increased service life of structure. 2 dwg
