SUBSTANCE: device comprises air nozzles, pipeline system for supplying water and compressed air to the nozzles, unit for control of the air nozzles, diaphragm solenoid valve that is an actuator in the circuit of control of air humidity, filter, and humidity pickup with a controller. The diaphragm valve has a coil and auxiliary valve connected with the main valve by means of the diaphragm unit. The height of the housing of the electropneumatic pressure regulator relates to the diameter diaphragm unit as 1.3-1.5. The nozzles are made of acoustical nozzles for spraying liquids. Each nozzle comprises housing that receives the generator of acoustical oscillations made of nozzle and resonator made of concentric ring slots arranged in the plane perpendicular to the axis of the housing, ring with conical surface connected to the housing and using for forming the torch of the liquid to be sprayed, and sprayer for forming liquid film. The sprayer overlaps the outlet of the generator and is mounted inside the housing by means of hollow rod provided with the screw swirler at its end and collar for ring area. The liquid is supplied to the area from the sprayer. The resonator is made of at least one spherical space made in the wall of the ring. The spherical space is connected with the ring slot through an orifice. The ring slot is formed by the faces of housing and ring from the side of conical surface. The ring is mounted for permitting movement along the axis of the housing by means of a threaded joint.
