FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system made up of pneumatic nozzles, pipeline system designed to feed water and compressed air thereto and a pneumatic nozzle control unit, features a pneumatic nozzle representing an acoustic nozzle with acoustic oscillation generator arranged there inside composed of a nozzle and a resonator and a pipe to feed a spraying agent and fluid. Note here that the housing represents a cup with its bottom arranged inside the acoustic oscillation generator and representing a hollow rod with a wedge-like slit and a nozzle. Note here that fluid comes towards the circular gap between the resonator outer surface and the nozzle inner surface, the fluid feed channel being made tangential to the cup inner surface and representing a rectangular slit. Note also that air is fed through the housing union and the resonator orifice and, further on, into, at least, one wedge-like slit arranged at an angle to the resonator axis, while the circular gap between the cup inner surface and resonator outer surface houses a screw guide device.
EFFECT: higher spraying efficiency and reliability.
