FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: said system for automatic humidifying of air consists of air-assisted pressure jets, pipelines for water and compressed air supply and air-assisted pressure jets' control unit. The system also incorporates a solenoid diaphragm packless valve, which also acts as downstream pressure regulator and is an actuator in the air humidity control circuit. The system also incorporates a filter and an automation system, which comprises a humidity sensor with a regulator, while the solenoid diaphragm packless valve comprises a coil and a secondary valve interfaced with the primary one by means of a diaphragm unit. Ratios of dimensions (in optimal interval of values) of main elements of electropneumatic pressure regulator are as follows: H/D=1.3...1.5; where: H - height of pressure regulator body assembly, D - diaphragm assembly diameter. Pressure jets are acoustic jets, resonator is at least one spherical cavity in the body end wall facing the distributor head. The spherical cavity, by means of a calibrated opening, is connected with the gap between vertical opening in the body end wall and the distributor head pin. In the cross section perpendicular to the pin axis the gap is ring-shaped, while the distributor head consists of tapered body and cover mated by larger ends. The body comprises a collector, which is a cylinder-shaped cavity connected, by means of a ring channel, formed by outer cylinder face of hollow pin and co-axial holes of equal diameter in the cover and body of the distributor head, with at least three evenly spaced solution draining channels perpendicular to the pin axis. The hole section is located on tapered face of the distributor head cover, tilting angle of which determines the root angle of sprayed solution envelope.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability of water pressure atomisation.
