FIELD: solar-energy engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises tank-accumulator that is made of a sphere. The surface of the sphere is coated with a thermal insulation on which the solar collectors are mounted. The solar collectors are made of segments of a sphere. The supplying branch pipes of the solar collectors are provided with pumps having electric motors and are connected with the bottom section of the tank-accumulator. The discharging branch pipes are connected with the top section of the tank-accumulator. The device is additionally provided with solar photoelectric cells to form individual segments of the surface of the second sphere. The outputs of the cells are connected with the power source of the electric motors of the pump drives. The solar collectors are made for permitting exposure to the Sun throughout a year. The bottom and top branch pipes of the collector are connected to the heat exchanger inside the space of the tank-accumulator thus forming a closed circuit.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
