SUBSTANCE: the micromechanical gyroscope has a mechanical element consisting of rotor, angle-data transmitter and torque generator in the axes of primary and output oscillations, and an electrical element consisting of a system of excitation and stabilization of primary oscillations, and a system of conjugation of frequencies of primary and secondary oscillations. The frequency conjugation system is based on a phase detector included in the feedback circuit in the axis of secondary oscillations.
EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity of the micromechanical gyroscope to angular velocity due to matching of the primary and output oscillations by the electrical method with the aid of the frequency conjugation system.
