FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: micromechanical gyroscope has an inertial mass, a comb-type motor, a device for measuring displacement of the inertial mass, series-connected phase changer, multiplier, low-pass filter, and a device with a measurable transfer constant, which realises the following relationship: Z=K·X·Y2, where X, Y are signals at the first and second outputs of a signal converter, respectively; Z is the output control signal; K is the conversion factor. One input of the device with a measurable transfer constant is connected to the output of the low-pass filter, and the signal from the output of the device for measuring displacement on the axis of secondary vibrations is transmitted to the second input, which enables to determine the in-phase and differential component.

EFFECT: invention enables to reduce the effect of linear accelerations, vibrations and temperature on accuracy characteristics of a compensation-type micromechanical gyroscope.
