FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: according to the proposed method of brushless electric motors manufacturing one performs simultaneous step-by-step assembly of the stator and rotor. Stator assembly includes winding of stator with copper heat-resistant enamel wire, ends of which are contacts, cleaning and twisting of contacts between each other. Twisted contacts are dipped into tin, then intermediate control of stator is carried out. Then lacquer is applied on the whole stator winding, and the stator is placed into a drying cabinet. Conductor is soldered to prepared contacts and electric insulation is installed throughout the length of solder. At the last stage bushing with bearings is installed in stator. Finished stator is supplied to the second line for its installation into finished rotor. Parallel rotor assembly includes application of epoxy glue on rotor housing, press-fitting of cover into rotor housing, press-fitting of shaft into rotor cover, installation and press-fitting of magnets into rotor housing. Then rotor is baked and balanced. After placement of the finished stator in the finished rotor, the final testing of the finished electric motor and verification of its technical characteristics is carried out, and then the stator and the rotor are finally attached to each other.
