FIELD: hardware components of flat-panel screens, possible use in matrices of screens of monitors and television sets.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, three cells which constitute an element of matrix, are combined in one non-transparent body, in output end of which a micro-lens is present, into each cell a white light diode is incorporated, light channel of a cell is constituted by light diode and colored light filter, colored light filters of cells are positioned in focal plane of micro-lens, and inputs of light diodes are connected to outputs of control signal generation block.
EFFECT: increased resolution of matrix of flat-panel screen and trustworthy color rendition of 16 777 216 shades of colors due to reduction of size of matrix elements and each cell in the matrix, transformation of codes of color signals to duration of emission of matrix cells corresponding to them.
