FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: the suggested canned food should be manufactured due to cutting, roasting in melted butter and reducing meat upon a chopper; cutting, blanching and reducing onions, sweet pepper and potatoes upon a chopper; blanching and reducing carrots and garlic upon a chopper; freezing and reducing coriander and dill greens upon chopper. Then it is necessary to mix the above-mentioned components with bone broth, tomato paste, common salt and a CO2-extract of hot black pepper to pack the mixture obtained into aluminum tubes followed by sealing and sterilization. The innovation enables to manufacture new canned food being of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
