FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: preserved food is cooked by mutton cutting, frying in melted butter and grinding in mincer, onions cutting, browning in melted butter and grinding in mincer, potatoes, eggplants and paprika cutting, blanching and grinding in mincer, string beans, coriander and basil freezing and grinding in mincer, mixing of the said components with bone broth, tomato paste, table salt and CO2-extract of black bitter pepper, packing of prepared mixture in aluminium tubes with preset ratio of components, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: higher digestibility.
