FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is produced by onion and bitter pepper cutting, blanching and milling; garlic blanching and grinding; parsley, dill and coriander freezing and milling; beef cutting and mincing, rice boiling to double-size volume and mincing. The said ingredients are mixed up with bone cook water, tomato paste, table salt and CO2 extracts of khmeli-suneli and bay leaf salt. Produced mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
