SUBSTANCE: the suggested canned food deals with the technology for manufacturing snack canned food for cosmic nutrition due to cutting, roasting in melted butter and reducing meat upon a chopper; cutting, blanching and reducing brown onions, sweet pepper and potatoes upon a chopper; blanching and reducing carrots and garlic upon a chopper; freezing and reducing coriander and dill greens upon chopper. Then it is necessary to mix the above-mentioned components with bone broth, tomato paste, common salt and CO2-extracts of the preset micromycete type biomass, hot black pepper to pack the mixture obtained into aluminum tubes followed by sealing and sterilization. The innovation enables to manufacture new canned food being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dish.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
