FIELD: wireless water cookers consisting of power supply base and detachable container electrically connected to base.

SUBSTANCE: water cooker has power supply base, manual control button, and container which may be detached from power supply base and which comprises reservoir for receiving liquid to be heated. Reservoir has electric heating device for heating of liquid. Additional electric connection means is designed for cooperation with means for electric connection of base and supplying of power to heating device when container is placed on power supply base. Container has control means for cutting-off power from electric heating device and comprises switch. Water cooker transmission means is adapted for moving said switch from open position to closed position upon moving of manual control button from passive position to switching position when container is placed onto base. Manual control button does not deteriorate outer appearance of container and is easily accessible regardless of angular position of container on base. Electric connection is provided with any rotation within the range of 360 deg around vertical axis.

EFFECT: simplified controlling and increased efficiency of water cooker.
