SUBSTANCE: electric kettle comprises a body with a container for heating water by means of a heater connected to its bottom, as well as means for fixing a separating removable unit that ensures the formation of a given volume of water between the partition included in it and the bottom of the container. At the same time, it also includes a unit for draining a given volume of water, the inlet of which is located below the partition, and the outlet is at a given distance from the spout of the container.
EFFECT: rapid heating of a small volume of water is achieved, regardless of its initial value.
