SUBSTANCE: device can be used for inspection and diagnostics of human condition for medical purposes or for warning on physical or emotional overloads of human organism under random conditions of activities. Device has heart beat rating detector, clock-pulse oscillator, constant potential source, set-point devices, threshold member, pulse formers, circular shift registers, delay and comparison members, pulse counters, AND and OR gates, arithmetic unit, reverse converter, digital-to-analog converter, pulse formers, flip-flops, control result memory registers, control result indicators, device signaling on leave f parameter to controlled outside field of admission. Device provides ability of long-term registration of curves of changes in heart arrhythmia, its frequency and arterial pressure in real time scale and provides warning on disorder in heart activity; representative true information on heart activity and of patient's psycho-physiological condition can be outputted. Device can be used in high-dynamic interactive systems, where human operator is placed into control circuit, for example, in aviation. Signal on leave of any parameters under control out of filed of admission can be used for prevention of emergency situations or for minimization of sequences of those situations.
