SUBSTANCE: transmitting part of device has pulse generator, shift register, group of AND gates, OR gate, frequency divider, time-setting unit and modulator. Receiving part of device has demodulator, detector, pulse generator, detector, pulse shaping, flip-flop, two inhibition gates, two pulse counters, two delay gates, three groups of AND gates, memory register, OR gate, NOR gate, group of OR gates and comparison gate. Device provides possibility of independent setting parameters by means of manual input and automatically through communication channel. It also provides selection of reliable reception area for setting parameters through communication channel, comparison of current values of parameters to setting received through communication channel and to manual setting if former is missed.
