SUBSTANCE: system includes setting device (1) of allowable value of controlled parameter on transmitting side, and sensor (2) of controlled parameter on receiving side, readout device (3), analogue-code converters (4, 5), OR element (6), shaper (7) of the front pulse front, memory register (8) of allowable value of controlled parameter, delay element (9), group of AND elements (10), comparison element (11) and actuating mechanism (12). Invention ensures elimination of subjectivity as to overspeed since motor vehicle is not capable of developing the speed higher than maximum allowable speed in that section of road and/or on the territory of that populated area.

EFFECT: reducing the probability of road accidents, and therefore victims, loss or damage valuable property.
