FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for application of staples and cutting tissues when performing endoscopic procedures. Instrument contains handle which is used to perform separate movements of closing and ejection in order to set in operation working unit. In particular, by means of handle it is possible to perform multitude of passes to reduce value of required effort for working unit (to perform staple application and cutting). It is possible to optimise process by changing position of rotation centre, circumferential length and depth of cam disc contour, which is connected with trigger for ejection by leading wedge. Changing transmission ratio when carrying out particular passes of ejection makes it possible to reduce ease effort during ejection in working unit, providing possibility for more even perception of effort applied to trigger for ejection.
EFFECT: instrument optimises effort and length of pass in each pass.
