SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with applying intramedullary titanium nickelide implant at introducing intraosseously the granules of porous titanium nickelide. Moreover, the granules of porous titanium nickelide should be pre-impregnated with autologous bone marrow and introduced in the clearance between osseous fragments while coinciding their resected ends. And intramedullary implant designed as a wire rod with wave-shapely curved middle part at length being equal to (2-2.5)d, and wave amplitude being equal to d, where d - the diameter of medullary canal in area of false joint, should be introduced into medullary canal through the inclined foramen in the bone in which one should fix the curved end of a wire rod. Moreover, on installing the intramedullary implant it is important to fulfill external coupling of osseous fragment with compressing clamps being designed out of titanium nickelide wire at the same thickness as a wire rod is. Compressing clamps should be applied so that the planes of their wave-shaped crosspieces to be located perpendicular the plane of wave-shapely curved middle part of a wire rod. The innovation enables to stimulate reparative osteogenesis at providing stable position of osseous fragments.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
