FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves filling distal end of medullary canal with fine granulated porous titanium nickelide powder before setting prosthesis pedicle. The powder also covers medullary canal wall surface and external bone cut. 0.1-0.2 mm thick plates from porous titanium nickelide with impregnated autologic spinal cord are placed in the space between endoprosthesis pedicle surface and medullary canal wall surface.
EFFECT: avoided endoprosthesis pedicle loosening.
