SUBSTANCE: method comprises disintegrating filtering member that is made of shutter, central perforated pipe, and lids by means of its destructing. The filter is destructed by preliminary setting and locking the filtering member in the sockets of the device matrix and moving the punch in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the central perforated pipe until the filtering member is disintegrated into components.
