FIELD: small arms.
SUBSTANCE: method of disposal of small arms bullets relates to the field of small arms ammunition recycling, in particular, to the technology of separating bullets into components, including a shell, a lead shirt and a core, in automatic mode, with the subsequent reuse of these parts and their processing into industrial materials. Bullets containing a shell, a lead shirt and a steel core are placed in the loading zone, transferred to the dismantling zone, divided into constituent elements, magnetic separation of lead shirts and steel elements of bullets is then performed. They are pre-placed in the cells of the orienters, made with the possibility of moving bullets on the roller mechanism with their bottom part. Using a roller mechanism, shell is cut in the direction of the longitudinal axis of symmetry with simultaneous extrusion of the core, with the subsequent separation of the lead shirt from the shell in a rotating perforated drum, providing access to the lead shirt and core conveyor. One of the shafts of the roller mechanism is made with notches. Shafts rotate at different speeds. Speed of the smooth shaft exceeds the speed of the shaft with a notch.
EFFECT: method provides improved dismantling performance.
