The access to the first command creator of radiofrequency reader, and output - to the first output of the video-processing block. The second and third inputs are connected with to the proper module output of the cellular moveable communication, and outputs - to the input of radio-modem and second command creator. The first output of the second command creator is connected with the input of the second block of access controlling, and the second input - with the forth input of video-processing block. In the system it is made the double distance holder radiofrequency and biometrical identification of the face.

EFFECT: it is exceeded the safety of mean of transport from penetration of intruder.
