FIELD: chemical-thermal processing of metals and alloys in mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves providing chrome-aluminizing in powder mixture, followed by thermal vacuum processing for forming of β+γ'- phase structure with aluminum concentration of 16-18%; after thermal vacuum processing, siliconizing parts in powder mixture containing Si, NH4Cl and Al2O3, followed by annealing for final formation of coating.
EFFECT: increased thermal resistance and sulfide corrosion resistance of coatings for parts.
