SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hoisting machinery and can be used for intermittent lifting and lowering, for example, well rod pump. In compliance with the first version, the flexible element section deformation is made with the help of revolving rotor comprising two rollers arranged symmetrically relative to the axis of rotation of the said rotor. A flexible element passes between the rollers to be, with the rotor revolving, wound up on the rollers to get S-shaped. In compliance with the second version, the flexible element deformation is effected by a gear rack mechanism incorporating two slides in mesh with the drive gear on opposite sides. The drive gear running, the slides move in opposite directions entraining the flexible element sections thus shortening the element free end and lifting the cargo.
EFFECT: higher reliability, simple design and increased operating performances.
