FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to oil and gas industry and can be used for definition of production rate of fluid, gas and oil in production mined from an oil-well. For this purpose equipment consists of separator which input is connected with the pipe line (PL) of feed from a mainline of a gas-liquid mixture, and outputs are connected with oil, water and gas PL. Thus gas PL is affixed to the top of a separator and the first flow meter is installed in it that is connected with a unit of control, monitoring and information displaying to which pressure and temperature sensors of separator are hooked up. And water PL is executed with the flap of water dumping and it is affixed to separator bottom. Complementary equipment is furnished by the second and third flow meters, the homogenizer and the police modulus (PM). Thus oil PL on the one side is affixed to a centre part of a separator, and on another - through a homogeniser is connected to the second flow meter which output is connected with PM which one output is linked by a back coupling to the second flow meter, and another - with the flap of water dumping. And MES represents the body in which a zone of measuring of gas abundance in AP are placed consistently, and is includes the source and the receiving detector of ultrasonic radiating that are placed diametrically, and a zone of measuring of water abundance in AP in the form of area with the high-frequency field formed by capacitor sheets, before and after which the temperature sensors are placed. The output of receiving detector of ultrasonic radiating and temperature sensors through a unit of control, monitoring and information displaying are linked to the second flow meter.

EFFECT: increase in accuracy of makeup definition of the gas-liquid mixture going from a hole; simplification of an equipment construction and increase of its reliability.
