SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to provide uniform application of lubricant to inner thread of pipes. Device includes source of lubricant and centrifugal applicator for uniform application of lubricant onto inner thread. System contains also metering subsystem to regulate distribution of lubricant by provision of delivery of precise amount of lubricant to be applied at each application.
EFFECT: provision of repeated operations and correspondance of amount of lubricant to parameters of thread (thread thickness).
