FIELD: radio engineering and communications, possible use as input, output and intermediate cascades in analog microchips of varying functional purposes (high frequency and ultra high frequency amplifiers, broadband operational amplifiers, fast action continuous voltage stabilizers, signal multipliers, etc).

SUBSTANCE: broadband amplifier contains input transistor (1), base of which is connected to signal source, emitter is connected to collector of first auxiliary transistor (3), to main dipole of negative check connection (4) and to potential output broadband amplifier, and collector is connected to current output of broadband amplifier, where the base of transistor (3) is connected to base of second auxiliary transistor (7), and emitters of transistors (3,7) are connected to each other and connected to bus (8) of power supply. Matching voltage repeater (9) is added, which has input (10), potential (11) and current (12) outputs, where potential output (11) of voltage repeater is connected to collector of second transistor (7) and to added additional dipole of negative check connection (13), current output (12) of voltage repeater is connected to combined bases of transistors (3,7), and input (10) of voltage repeater is connected to signal source.

EFFECT: increased upper limit frequency and maximal speed of growth of output voltage in presence of capacity load.
