FIELD: brewing apparatuses for usage in kitchen machines.
SUBSTANCE: method for controlling brewing apparatus with inductive heating includes following steps: after receiving a low voltage signal during operation in increased power mode, the apparatus adjusts output power in such a way, that inverter operates only in the area with switching in case of zero voltage. If the input voltage injected into circuit is low, the apparatus compensates the input voltage by using the least one of two voltages: blocking voltage and controlling output signal generated by microprocessor. The brewing apparatus with inductive heating contains a device for receiving power voltage, inverter block with a switch, a coil upon which the brewing vessel is mounted and through which the current flows. The brewing apparatus also contains the following components, interconnected in a circuit: input voltage detector, low voltage detector, power level limiter, input voltage compensator, output controller, impulse generator and microprocessor, connected to input voltage compensator.
EFFECT: prevented losses of power related to excessive switching operations, and also increased durability of electric brewing devices.
