SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power converter (100) having a parallel resonant circuit comprising inverter (101), a resonant circuit (LC), a transformer (T1) comprising primary circuit (2) and secondary circuit (3), control means (4) for inverter (101). Inverter (101) is connected to resonant circuit (LC), which is intended for connection to output load (Rout) through transformer (T1). Inverter (101) comprises first half-bridge (D1) and second half-bridge (D2) connected in parallel to first half-bridge (D1), first choke (Lc1) between first half-bridge (D1) and resonant circuit (LC), second choke (Lc2) between second half-bridge (D2) and resonant circuit (LC). First and second chokes (Lc1, Lc2) have the same inductance and are connected opposite to each other.
EFFECT: resonant power converter is disclosed.
