FIELD: agriculture, in particular, prediction of accumulation of lead in winter wheat.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining content in soil of mobile lead extracted by acetate-ammonium buffer solution with pH=4.8; calculating lead accumulation in grain and straw of winter wheat from formulas: Pg=0.416+0.0052Pmls, R=0.99, Ps=0.824+0.0277Pmls, R=0.98, where Pg is lead content in grain of winter wheat at 14% moisture content, mg/kg; Ps is lead content in straw of winter wheat at 16% moisture content, mg/kg; Pmls is mobile lead content in soil of from 0.7 to 75 mg/kg; R is correlation coefficient.
EFFECT: increased precision in predicting accumulation of lead in winter wheat on the basis of data referring to content of mobile lead in plow soil layer.
