FIELD: liquid cosmetic means applying device.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has connection unit attached to casing inner part and comprising channel for liquid providing communication between first part, which runs around first end including valve, and second part. Brush holder movably attached to connection unit comprises valve supporting surface spaced from valve by means of compressed first spring disposed between brush holder and connection unit, and brush holder part which is adapted for supporting of brush. Brush protecting cap detachably attached to apparatus casing is adapted for closing of brush holder. Pipe is movably attached to outer part of second end of connection unit and is spring-loaded toward second end of connection unit by means of second spring disposed between apparatus casing and connection unit. Cylinder which contains liquid cosmetic means is put onto pipe so as to move along said pipe by counteracting elastic force of second spring, its outer part extending to the outside from open end of apparatus casing.

EFFECT: increased efficiency by allowing cylinder to be simply and readily replaced without necessity of removing cap, and provision for using apparatus immediately after replacement of cylinder.
