SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to systems for collecting biological fluid. Proposed is a variant of a biological fluid collection system containing a collection module configured to receive a sample. The collection module therein comprises: a body with an inlet port and an outlet port. The inlet port and the outlet port are in fluid communication. The collection module also comprises a cannula, a mixing chamber located between the inlet port and the outlet port, and a collection chamber located between the mixing chamber and the outlet port, wherein the collection chamber includes an activating part containing a first deformable part and a second deformable part, configured to be compressed simultaneously, and a rigid wall part located between said parts. The first and second deformable parts therein are made of a flexible deformable material capable of providing a fluid-impermeable seal with the body, and are configured to switch between a first position, wherein the sample can be contained in the collection chamber, and a second position, wherein part of the sample is removed from the collection chamber. The collection module also comprises a protective apparatus interacting with part of the body and configured to switch from a first position, wherein part of the cannula is open, to a second position, wherein the cannula is protected by at least part of the protective apparatus. Additionally proposed is a second variant of the biological fluid collection system.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy and reliability of collection, as well as simplification of the working process.
