FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out retina fixation on eye tunics after having intravitreally smoothed it with perfluororganic compounds. Covalently bound chlorine conjugate e6 is applied to choroid region in abruption zone all over its perimeter with human serum albumin in molar proportion of 1:2.5. Then, retina is irradiated with continuous laser radiation of 400 mW power in conjugate position projection zone during 1-2 min field-by-field having diameter of 2-2.5 mm with wavelength corresponding to maximum light radiation absorption by chlorine e6.
EFFECT: complete anatomical retina adjacency to underlying tissues; eliminated risk of complications caused by perfluororganic compounds or silicon ingress under the retina.
