SUBSTANCE: invention relates creature of natural agent showing the broad spectrum of effect. Proposed agent represents highly purified fraction of ecdysteroids from plant Serratula coronata L. prepared in a crystalline state and comprising and comprising at least 80% (mass part) of 20-hydroxyecdisone, 8-11% of (25S)-inocsterone and 5.9-9.8% of α-ecdysone. Method for producing this agent is based on using all above-ground mass of plant as the raw that is gathered in phase of vegetation or total budding but before flowering and from cultural plantations only. Method involves extraction of the preliminary heat-treated raw with aqueous-ethanol mixtures by infusion and/or ultrasonic oscillation treatment of the suspension raw-extractant, evaporation of extract, sorption filtration, precipitation of a cleared extract on aluminum oxide, flash-chromatography isolation of phytoecdysteroids, selective combination and evaporation of fractions containing major phytoecdysteroids of plant based on HPLC analysis followed by recrystallization of prepared product and its drying under vacuum. Agent provides normalization of the hormonal balance in body in patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency, hypoxia, hyper- and hypothermia, stress, increasing working ability and elongation of span-life under extreme conditions of existing, prevention of ulceration of digestive tract mucosa in stress and others.
