SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing biologically active substances from vegetable taw, namely: to a method for simultaneous preparing 20-hydroxyecdysone, inocosterone, makisterone A of the following structural formula:

wherein 20-hydroxyecdysone: R₁ means hydroxyl; R₂ means hydrogen atom; R₃ means hydroxyl; R₄ means hydrogen atom; inocosterone: R₁ means hydroxyl; R₂ means hydrogen atom; R₃ means hydrogen atom; R₄ means hydroxyl; ecdysone: R₁ means hydrogen atom; R₂ means hydrogen atom; R₃ means hydroxyl; R₄ means hydrogen atom; makisterone A: R₁ means hydroxyl; R₂ means CH₃; R₃ means hydroxyl; R₄ means hydrogen atom. Method provides the enhancing yield of end products and fullness in isolation of ecdysteroids from vegetable raw based on the following aspects: method involves milling the vegetable raw and aqueous extraction of end products where vegetable raw is subjected for grinding and mechanical-chemical treatment in ball mill and water-soluble adsorbent in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: water-soluble adsorbent, 5-30; abrasive material, 5-25; vegetable raw, the balance. As ball mills method involves using planetary, vibration and centrifugal mills providing acceleration of effecting balls from 60 to 400 m/s². Preferably, method involves using quartz sand as abrasive material and sucrose as a water-soluble adsorbent.
