SUBSTANCE: invention concerns methods and compositions used in treatment and/or prophylaxis of infection in a fluid-containing organ having the natural external hole. Composition comprises antibacterial agent, other active agents and water-dispersed and ethanol-insoluble amphipathic oil, microcrystalline wax and a pharmaceutically acceptable nonaqueous carrier. Method of treatment is carried out by administration of the pharmaceutical composition into organ through the natural external hole. Invention provides stability of active agent against oxidative decomposition, low interphase tension value of composition, easily dispersion of composition in fluid, and short elimination period. Also, invention provides the effective treatment, decreasing adverse effects and toxicity.
EFFECT: improved and valuable medicinal and pharmaceutical properties of composition, enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
