The heat and mass exchange apparatus is inclined to the branch pipe for discharging liquid at an angle from 2 to 10°. All the disks and the shell are partially submerged into the liquid, and when rotating they form a Z-shaped rotating radial-axial parallel counterflow of gas and liquid.
