FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: horizontal disc heat- and weight-exchanging device consists of cylinder case with bottoms and at least one split flange, of branches of input and output of working components, of set of dividing circular partitions, of longitudinal pins passing through dividing circular partitions along their periphery, and of two shafts: shaft installed in bearings with packing in bottoms of case and eccentric shaft, both at one end fixed in flange connection of case, while at another end shafts are fixed in end dividing circular partition. Solid discs are rigidly mounted on the shaft in each section; circular contact discs are secured on the solid discs. The dividing circular partitions are rigidly fixed relative to one another with thrust bushings installed on the longitudinal pins; the latter are equipped with overhead split flexible packing rings along their external diametre; the rings can travel radially and are pressed to the dividing circular partitions with springs. The eccentric shaft is equipped with a holder of angular position and with a packing system.

EFFECT: simplified design of device ensuring higher processability and efficiency of process of heat and weight exchange; increased efficiency of device.
