FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processes and apparatus of chemical machine building and can be used in energy, oil and gas, chemical, food and other industries for rectification (distillation), vacuum desorption, concentration, evaporation etc to processes in system gas-liquid and also in systems, directed for prevention of discharge of hydrocarbons into the atmosphere at petroleum refinery, gasoline stands (GS) etc. Horizontal disc type heat and mass exchange apparatus contains cylindrical casing with split flanges and installed in it inlet manifolds and withdrawal of working components, set of separating annular partitions, forming sections. Separating annular partitions in axial direction are rigidly fixed relative to contact packages and each other by means of installation between them at longitudinal studs, herewith longitudinal studs passing through separating annular partitions by its periphery are fixed from one side in butt joint of casing and from the other side - in extreme separating annular partition of set. Separating annular partitions are outfitted by compactions by its external diametre. Compaction of separating annular partitions can be provided ensured by location around it of slotted tyre in the form of annular shell outfitted by screwed connection. In sections on rotating shaft there are rigidly installed solid discs with contact sets which are partly submersed into liquid and which are side by side to separating annular partitions form countercurrent, zigzag, radial-axial, series-parallel flow of gas and liquid.
EFFECT: invention provides for simplification of structure of heat and mass exchange apparatus, providing of high manufacturability of production, assemblage and disassemblage of apparatus, increasing of its operating characteristics, achievement of theoretical maximum of possible effectiveness and evenness of processes going of heat and mass exchange at contact discs, increasing of its safety, for 10% increasing of apparatus productivity, excluding of dead levels in cavity of apparatus, that provides usage of them for receiving of products of increased purity and provides expansion of apparatus ranges of application.
