FIELD: polymer materials.
SUBSTANCE: method of industry, which may be used for manufacturing polymeric thermoplastic materials useful in mechanical engineering, comprises mixing granules of matrix polymer with filler, subsequent plasticization of the mixture in heating cylinder, and extruding melt through molding machine. Filler is preliminarily mixed in heating cylinder with a part of matrix polymer to form composition, from which are formed strands. The latter are subjected to 1.2-10-fold uniaxial stretching followed by grinding to linear granule size 0.5 to 5.0 mm. Granules of composite material obtained from oriented strands are mixed with the rest of matrix polymer granules. Resulting mix is processed by jet molding or extrusion process according to technological conditions suitable for matrix polymer.
EFFECT: reinforced products using conventional process equipment and accessories.
