FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composite filler based on phosphogypsum and can be used in the production of consumer goods, agricultural products, building materials from low/high density polyethylene, polypropylene, linear low density polyethylene. A composite filler based on phosphogypsum for a thermoplastic polymer selected from low/high density polyethylene, polypropylene, linear low density polyethylene, includes the following components in the following ratio, wt.%: inorganic filler phosphogypsum, pre-calcined at a temperature of 500-600°C for 10 minutes – 70-83, oxidized wax PLASTOWAX OPE15 – 1-3, polyethylene wax PLASTOWAX 50P – 1-2, compatibilizer OKABOND K-3310 – 0.5-1.5, and polyolefin “ПВД 12203-250” up to 100.
EFFECT: development of a composition of a composite filler for polymers based on phosphogypsum, which allows reducing the cost of production of polymer products through the use of cheap production waste and eliminating the stage of preliminary washing of phosphorus-containing substances, facilitating the disposal of large-tonnage waste from the production of phosphoric acid, thereby obtaining a granular material with improved physical and mechanical properties (relative elongation and tensile strength increases), well homogenized and easily processed in the production of products by extrusion, injection moulding, pressing in the form of low/high density polyethylene, polypropylene and linear low density polyethylene.
