FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to thermoplastic composite materials, namely to development of dimensionally-stable thermoplastic polymer composite materials (PCM) and technologies of their processing to obtain parts and elements of the air conditioning system elements (ACS), for use in the aircraft industry. The composite material includes thermoplastic polymer, modifier and filler, where polysulfone is contained as the thermoplastic polymer, which is a polycondensation product of bisphenol alkali salt and 4,4'-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone, phenolphthalein is contained as modifier, and coaxial multilayered carbon nanotubes are used as filler.

EFFECT: development of a composite moulded thermoplastic material, which allows reduction of weight of ACS elements and parts in comparison with aluminium alloy elements and provision of process technology for parts manufacture, as well as their operating temperature.
