FIELD: hydraulic and irrigation building, particularly environment protection and slope consolidation structures to be erected in river, canal beds, dam slopes and in other structures.
SUBSTANCE: slope consolidation device comprises flexible mats placed in cages formed by reinforced concrete members pivotally connected with each other on slope. The mats are formed of bags filled with fertile soil and light-weight fascines laid in several rows in two layers in direction along device thickness and placed in mesh shells. Lower shell part in mat base is made of polymeric mesh secured to hinged units and tensioned between reinforced concrete members. The polymeric mesh is reinforced with wires from below. The reinforcing wires are crosswise secured to hinge units. Upper shell part is made of metal mesh tightened over fascine mat layer and secured to reinforced concrete members and reinforcing wires of the base. Reinforced concrete members may be connected to concrete anchors in hinge units of upper device part. The concrete anchors are arranged in slope over the device opposite to mat centers. The concrete anchors are spaced apart a distance equal to double mat length.
EFFECT: decreased costs of device erection and planting of greenery along river and other water bodies beds.
