FIELD: telephone communications.
SUBSTANCE: emergency telephone call is supported and routed to public safe-response station in Internet-protocol based wireless communication line including burst switching. "Invoke burst data protocol context request" message is sent from user equipment to network. Parameter in "Invoke burst data protocol context request" message points to the fact that this burst data protocol context will be used to transfer emergency call. "Invoke burst data protocol reception" message is returned from support center to user equipment. "Invoke burst data protocol reception" message acknowledges reception of "Invoke burst data protocol context request" message and submits call state control function address. Call request transferred to call state control function includes service zone identifier. Call state control function selects public safe-response station basing at least partially on this service zone identifier included in call request and conveys emergency call to chosen public safe-response station.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of supporting and routing emergency telephone call.
